Together we can work out eating plans and with the help of food diaries we can change the way you think about food, what you eat and when you eat.

Many people find that regular weigh-ins can be very helpful when working to lose weight. Just having someone else to provide encouragement and help makes a big difference. I can help with taking before and after pictures and measurements to show you just how well you're doing!

Whatever your goal – losing weight, building muscle, toning up, training for a sport specific event – I can give you advice and help you give your body the right foods that it requires.
